Not doing compound movements like bench press, deadlift, squats, pull ups or dips.

Not having a good workout plan or changing it all the time, or modifying a workout plan because you think is going to work better for you that way.

Not having a workout journal (w.e you tracking: strength gains, size gains or fat loss)

Not tracking calories.

Not focusing on perfecting exercise form at first.
