Today was quite a fail :-/
95x1, dumped the 2nd rep forward, 3rd rep got too far behind me, so i threw it forward and it shot me out behind it and i tackled some poor dude into a weight rack... he had his back to me and never saw it coming. Lol.
Balance issues... called it.

Pretty much a terrible wotkout... it happens. Energy was terribly low and i was weak. This cut is trying to get the best of me.
