My last log was a bomb. Well this year has been a bomb. Despite getting stronger, I have been working too much and not focused.
I am approaching 46 and weigh over 300 pounds. We all know how that story ends. Not many 50 year olds weigh over 300.
The last 3-4 years I have been training hardcore for powerlifting. This new log has different goals. While I am still training for strength, I need a period of time not to pressure myself as much.
The (minimum) new goals are:
--242 pound bodyweight.
--Maintain a 600 raw squat
--Maintain a 650 raw deadlift
--Maintain a 350 pound bench press
--To reveal the body I've built the last 26 years
