So, I'm sick. Full on sick. Last night I had to report for an Army thing at 0030 (1230 am), but soon I was literally on my back. I ended up going into the ER about 0230 in the morning to get some fluids, then I was sent home. All I've been able to keep down all day was a protein shake and a little water.

Hopefully I feel more or less better tomorrow. I need to avoid missing gym days at all cost during the last few weeks of my cycle. If I'm up for it, I'll do some deadlifts and bench.
