Need more top end work on both lifts. Need to grow into squat suit or have hips taken in. Anyone who thinks they will immediately add 200-300lbs just putting on gear has not tried gear.
Good starting point IMO. Get the hips taken in. If you are worried about doing it locally Ginny can do it, she can have it back to you in like a week.
