Can't believe it's been so longh since I posted.. Been busy with work and rebuilding my sons engine for his first car... Still hitting the gym. Last week was a Delaod... My lower back is a little sore again like I over extended it again. I think it was from doing those 500lbs holds for deadlift grip. I haven't been the same since. My Meet is only 3 weeks away now. So I've got to be even more carefully in training these next few weeks.
