Another amazing day under the iron. I did it! I touched in my bench shirt, and it felt awesome to reach that milestone in geared lifting.

I squatted 405 for the first time since high school, and for the first time ever with good form less than a week ago, and I knew then that I could have done multiple reps. Today I made it happen, and it feels freaking amazing.

Yup. I touched. You'll see in the video that it looks like I touched the 365, and I might have, but I know for SURE that 385 touched, and I pressed the shit out of it.

I reached all my goals for the day, so I called it at 385, but 405+ will be no problem in the shirt.
