Did a bit of a carb refeed yesterday and will continue today... weight has been dropping very quickly and i dont want to sacrifice muscle...

Also think i'm going to up my carbs post workout to 300ish from 200-250 like i was doing and try to up my protein a little more at my lunch time meal...
