5x 119kg -calves cramped up so bad that I failed at 6th and that was it
*Might be a good idea to isolate my calves more since thats my weakest link in both walking events and now stones.
Gave the 210kg husafell stone a couple of tyes but could not more than barely pick it up. Then did some rolling thunder and mounted the new rack. Got both racks and a monolift at the gym now witch is cool. Might squat and pull there aswell in the future.
