Wholly $hit! Wow, I am about as pleased with this session as could be!

Okay, today starts my recomp/cut phase, with a weekly caloric deficit of about 400-600. I should be able to continue to slowly gain strength due to the fact that I will still be eating with a 400-500 calorie surplus on training days, as well as doing my usual carb cycling.
