have not squatted heavy raw in years!
decided to get some work in and see how they felt. Worked up to 625x3 pretty easy. might keep playing with it and see if I can hit a decent raw squat.
mixed my juggernaut in with grape juice yesterday lol. Figure I would try something new. Wasnt bad, but I downed it in about a minute.
Best meet lifts: 1040squat, 730 bench, 730 deadlift
Best total: 1040-680-730=2450
