This sounds interesting. I've never attempted a white sauce on a pizza. Wll have to try and experiment.
As far as I'm concerned, the topping combos are endless based on preference.
The thing that makes a pizza stand out for me is the sauce. I like to make my own with tomato paste, tomato sauce, crushed tomato, fresh oregano, fresh basil, minced garlic and ginger, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning. Simmer it down till it's nice and thick. After that, I don't care what I have in the fridge to go on the pizza.
