Well the plan today was to stay out of gear and just get some work in. Warming up groins were tight and so were abductors.
Everything moved fast. First rep at 625 was a little high, other 2 were on it. Different feel squatting raw and narrow. Form wasn't the most consistent in the world but over all not bad. Figure I was good for a low 700# today. Might play around with some raw work over next month and see how 800 feels.
