585x2x1sets - everything jsut felt better and better. using straps for a couple weeks to contine to let me hand heal. I refuse to let my blow out be the cause of another "let down".

Snatch Deadlift (from ground w/ straps) 2sets x 8reps
405x8x2sets

Kroc Rows 3sets x 15 reps
85lbs DB x 15 x 3sets

Front Squats 3 x 5reps
275 x 5 x 3sets

Planks
3 x 1minute (these suck lol)
