Default

I drink about 2 cups (500 mL) in my protein shake on most days. The last two days I haven't had this shake and just ate instead to meet my macros. I'm trying to lose weight/BF right now, and this allowed me to eat more food to keep me full. I might have to stop with the protein powder, and just eat the protein instead (or maybe have it with a salad) to keep me feeling full. I won't stop drinking milk though.
