Okay. And, don't forget to try and use a similar hand height to Norberg as I'm sure it permits some better shoulder usage to come in to play; I think in the image he over-rotates slightly due to momentum, something that has to be begun to slow just prior to reaching horizontal and then back to vertical for the next rep.
