I was looking for options -at kickboxing we do 30 mins runs - but I find this tedious and not so good o for my knees.
I also heard that traditional cardio - can de-train your muscle, and hinder recovery of an individual who is trying to build strength & muscle.
There are MMA style circuits that are just wicked with all the stuff they do. Equipment is minimal if you want it to be, just google or youtube it.
