I am very pleased with today's progression after the chest beating I gave myself yesterday. I may have to consider doing just flat bench on that second chest day, and leave out the incline bench and dips.

Two of my warm up singles, 345 and 365, felt super heavy, so I am surprised that I was able to match last week's reps in the first two sets.

I haven't front squatted in two weeks, glad to have progressed with them today.
