Maybe organic skim, 1%, or 2%. Less fat/calories than whole milk. If it's certifiable organic &/or grass fed cows, then no hormones.
I've looked into this. The only problem is I have to win the lottery to eat organic. Organic/grass fed milk is 2x the price of regular.
Don't even get me started on the eggs, cheese, veggies and meat. I'd have to win the lottery and sell bodyparts, children, etc.
