I forgot to post a couple of days on here but they were rather unmotivated, so no major loss.
I have started doing DL first so that I can get more out of it. Prior to this I wouldnt be able to get my last set and wasn't doing as much weight.

I didn't get to bench because I wore myself out with the sqauts. Bench is lowest on my priority anyway so no big deal.
