My favorite routine with complexes. . .

First two rounds: (light weight)
1. Barbell Curls
2. Standing Behind Neck Barbell Presses
3. Upright Rowing
4. Standing Barbell Side Bend

Next two rounds: (add some weight)
1. Barbell Clean and Press
2. High Pulls (Clean or Snatch Grip)
3. Deep Knee Bend and Press Behind Neck
4. Power Snatches

Final two rounds: (add more weight to each lift)
1. Standing Barbell Press
2. Barbell Bent-Over Row
3. Squats
4. Deadlifts
