So far I like this rep goal system, once I get to Indiana the gym is set up a little different and I'll incorporate squats and I'll add in some T Bar Rows and maybe some assisted pull ups. The machine there is old school and you stand on a bar, I'll get pics of the set up there. I really had luck with the dips there too I will test waters again, it's been a while and I miss the place.
Close Grip Bench - 135, 155, 175, 185 x 8
Seated Close Grip Rows - 150, 170, 200, 220 x 8 - Got real mad towards the end.
Face Pulls - 90, 90, 90 x 12
Straight Leg Deadlift - 185x8, 185x8, 225x8 - Once again, throttled but still toasted my hamstrings. I used to do 315x12 at old gym, I think getting back to my "roots" will help a little bit.
Hack Squat - 4 plates (total) x 8, 2 plates (total) x 8, 2 plates (total) x 8. Some reason I just can't press well on this machine. The old gym has an old school hack squat I'll use that I could do 8 plates and 2 25s total and, was hard but I could do it.

Leg Press - 6 plates (total), 10 plates (total), 14 plates (total) x 8. - These reps were fully compressed 'feels-like-my-head-is-exploding' full range of motion leg presses. Not this half rep bull crap, I could do full machine that way.
