Deadlifts @ 335, 5 sets 25 rep goal: 5, 5, 5, 5, 10 - still throttling the deadlifts. Soon the weight is going to get where I'm going to be lucky to get 25 reps so I'm going to step that up. I'm pulling full force I just could have gone 10+ reps my first set. I'm still working on form and it's getting snappier.
Mil Press @ 120, 5 sets 25 rep goal: 8, 6, 5, 5, 8 - I didn't throttle much here, kind of went all out and some reason I really pulled out the last set. I think I'm forgetting to keep upper back tight and the bar is drifting forward.
