Day 29

Took my Juggernaut HP and proceed with my 15 minutes cardio prior to hit the upper body in the weight room. Everything went smooth and as expected.

Everything is looking good. I even loosing weight with all this freaking run...WTF!!! Two more weeks and I'm of the hook for couple 3-4 month...
