I decided to move away from my Sheiko training tonight and move some serious weight. It went better than I could have hoped.

Who'd have thought? A raw bench PR after all that work. The video speaks for itself for my squats. They felt AMAZING. I'm really getting the hang of utilizing stuff like wraps and a belt. If I can get a 50lb PR just from a belt and knee wraps just imagine what I can get out of a good squat suit!

I'm going to stretch the sleeves on my bench shirt. If I were stronger than I could make it work like it is, but I'm not, and I need it to be a bit looser. I started to work on actually pulling the bar towards me tonight. Because of this I was able to get 315 closer to my chest than the 395 I attempted a few days ago. I'm going to make this work, no matter what it takes.
