Tonight was straight weight bench for a lot of sets. I worked around 65% and up again hitting 1 single at the end with 90%. I then did cambered paused squats with a mini and 4 chains, this was a strong PR of nearly 150kg. Was running very short of time so my volume was down tonight. I finished with rev hypers.
