Push Press: 7 sets of 1 with 205 (no belt, no wraps)


Two-Dumbbell OHP, Strict: 4,3,2,2 with 80s (no belt, no wraps)

^ One clean before the press reps.

- This was a little lower than I wanted because my PR with 80s is 5,5,3, but that wasn't after doing push press singles. I think it was during Sheiko CMS.


Pullup, Wide Grip: 8,7,6 with BW+45


Arm Curl w/ Fat Gripz: 3 sets of 7 with 85


Plank: 1:20 and 1:30 with BW

^ I'm a long way from five minutes, which is my goal.


Sprint: three 100 meters with 2:15 rest between each

^ Only the rest was timed, not the sprints.

Front Squat: 5,4,4,4 with 225 (straps on bar, no belt)


Romanian Deadlift: 9,9,8 with 315 (straps, no belt)


Treadmill Run: 0.6 miles in 7:10

^ Wanted to go a full mile, but I have a nasty cold which was hindering my breathing. Along with that, I was quite fatigued from the lifting.
