Haha. Sounds like the prep phase worked well for ya.
Austin- I actually haven't taken dextrose pwo. Only whey and creatine and sometimes caffeine. Its been working well so fat. I'm gonna pick up some today and see if it makes/ I feel a difference.

Fen- out of curiosity, what does the timing of your workout, pwo shake, and first backload meal look like?
