Same here, for "all the time".

Now and then? Just about any other kind of fat. Butter, cheese, cream, olive oil, almond butter, salmon, meat that still has fat included... yeah, you name it.

Haven't raelly got into coconut oil yet, though I've heard it's da bomb. (?) Certainly seems to be popular here!

I use whole milk for putting protein into, anyhow, to actually answer the OP.


edit: None of the above should be taken as advice, however, lol. Reason being, I'm trying my damnedest to gain [lean] weight! Kinda getting there, now... I think.
