! Deads looked easy. Something I noticed though, hopefully someone else can or will back me up. When your feet are set and your ready to go, seems you go down grab the bar and lift. Just something to try, I'm sure you'll find more power doing it this way...
Set feet, get ready, lower yourself and grab the bar...don't pull yet. With your hips still up some and grabbing the bar with death grip. Take the tension out of the bar and pull your body down, tighten up and drive your feet thru the floor and stand up. If I had stronger legs like you, my dead would be much more than it is now. I hope this made sense, if not I can try to explain it better or maybe someone else will. Can't tell for sure if that's a deadlift bar or just a regular Olympic bar(which mahes a big difference, but the principle is still the same)
