Yesterday. A lot to say.
Good training, pwo had 2 sliced white bread plus crazy pwo shake concoction. Major insulin spike. 40 minutrs later bagel with peanut butter and banana, insulin spike, bout an hour later chocolate rice crispy treat meatloaf mashed potatoes and carrots, insulin spike, then last meal 1 cup precooked jasmine rice.
so I had insulin spikes every time I ate carbs. I also way overshot my calories.
Ate way too much in ulc part of day.
So upon waking I felt a little weird. Midsection felt tight and muscles felt full, like I just worked out full. The ones I trained yesterday anyway. So goal for today is to keep ulc calories low, and keep protein to about 240.
Oh yea, morning weight 234.8.
