Partial Front Squat from pins (just above paralell)
*Beltless, clean grip. Oh yeah!
Worked up to 8x400kg for another cheap PB, the new leg press is much easier than the old one.
Then did 3x20 on the horizontal leg press using my squat stance
Curls w fat gripz
5 dropsets 25-35 reps
Now time to hit the sushi/thai buffet for serious food retardation.
