Solid night, I benched the crazy plates for quite a few sets tonight, I used 20 kg of hanging weight at around 80% ish. I then did a rep set and began box squatting after. I used the SSB and went to a max single, I finished by doing sets in between 60-70% plus the added band tension. Say what you want about box squats for raw lifters, but when you use them as assistance and actually box squat correctly, there is not an exercise on earth that replicates them, they are fantastic. Torched every squat related muscle in the body. Would I move back to box squats exclusively? No but they are awesome when used on occasions.

Smoked, holding the SSB that way stresses the back to the max, and sitting on the box blew up my hammies like a balloon, very good workout.
