We like homemade pizza too. We did some last night with pasteur raised itlaian chicken sausage. I'm also a fan of buffalo chicken. I dice raw chicken breast into very small pieces then grill it. Just before it's done grilling I throw in a bunch of buffalo wing sauce and toss around the bits to coat it.
I use a thin coat of more wing sauce as the pizza sauce, then mix the chicken and cheese together and spread it over the sauce. After baking it I do a thin spiral of ranch dressing around the entire pie. This one is GOOD.
