Day 28

Drank 1 scoop of Juggernaut HP before the run (Aprox 10 minutes prior) and felt good. A lot of energy without any type of jittery or hard palpitation issues. Ran aprox 1.25mil thru the base natural trail (next to our obstacle course) which is nice, cool and a mix different terrains...After that, I cross to the gym for my lower body session. I use one more scoop as intra and work really good.

I feel good and full of energy and ready for tomorrow which is upper body assistance day. I am going to be mixing one scoop of raspberry with one scoop of lemonade to see how is the taste. definitely I'm looking forward.
