BTB-thanks, I've worked very hard and done an incredible amount of tweaking with my technique. I'm very happy with it where it is, and I've found that doing daily back work in the form of rows and chins has helped immensely. also you'll note I'm not diving for those pulls. I do that on purpose to create a slower pull, which, when I go back to diving for the pull, I find greatly helps my strength through the spot I tend to grind-3 inches below the knee until the top of the knee. I'll also be adding box jumps in the last 2-3 weeks before the meet, as I find they help to eliminate the sticking point.
