105kg x F Ground it out and felt it going behind me again so ditched forward rather than almost snapping some shit up like last week
I couldn't handle anything today, hips were throbbing after the yoke so chucked the tyre around for some fun and beat my training partner by 2 secs.
Thinking about competing in a novice comp a couple of days after my last exam. I can nail all of the events listed so could be a decent day, only problem is I probably won't get a chance to train events between now and then. Will see what happens though.
Time for cake before the gruesomeness of squatting tomorrow.
