I felt amazing during today's training. I had energy for days and walked out feeling swole as shit. Really digging the morning, pre training, and pwo shakes kiefer prescribes. A scoop of Juggernaut helps too lol. Anyway feeling great and drooling over all the carbs I am going to destroy. On a side note I'm pleasantly pleased on how much I love raw spinach! Raw spinach with meat on it, preferably big ass cheddar burger, is the bees knees!
