I've lost more weight after slight refeeds.

Sometimes the ingestion of a bit more food can trigger some flushing for me, especially if it is certain types of foods.

Rapid weight loss like this can only be a few things, as it is rarely rapid fat loss or rapidly muscle loss. Usually it is the flushing of water or waste. The extra food could trigger waste removal, sweating etc. It only takes a little extra water to create a weight loss.

In addition, meal composition is very important. You could eat more, but be eating fewer carbs and sodium. Without knowing the composition it's really hard to say.

Unless your carb (and other macros) and sodium consumption are consistent day in and day out, the scale should jump around quite a bit. Adding a new variable into this mix can cause some crazy short-term responses.
