Deadlifts and more benching tonight. I used my belt for deadlifting for the first time, and it felt REALLY good. When I started each lift I pushed my abs against the belt, and it worked very well to stabilize my back. I felt like there was a board keeping my spine straight.

Deadlift-
135x5
135x5
225x3
295x3
345x2
395x1
440x1
440+30lb of chains x1

That last deadlift was every weight I had in the place, and it felt great. Again, I felt super stable with the belt on. I could have done more than 500 today if I had the weights to put on the bar.

Bench-
135x5
225x4
275x2
250x2
235x3
235x3
220x4
220x4
205x5
205x5
205x7
205x9

The program called for me to keep going down in weight for the last few sets, but I didn't need to. I could have done more reps with 205 all day.

Deadlifts again-
135x5
225x3
295x3
350x3
350x3
400x3
400x3
400x3
400x3
400x3

The lethargy that comes with tren is hitting me HARD. I feel sleepy all the time, and unmotivated. Work is hard to get through, and while I'm there I just want to avoid having to actually do anything. Luckily I do government work, so I don't really have to do all that much.

Today was the first day that I just didn't want to lift, or do anything after I got off work. Normally lifting is all I can think about during the day. It's ok though, I just have to make sure I lift anyways, and lift hard. And lift hard I did, and lift hard I will.

I've been watching tons of videos of people benching in shirts. Once my wife is back I'll have her here to help me get the thing on. That, along with maybe stretching the sleeves a little, losing a few pounds and wetting the chest plate should help me make this whole thing work out just fine.

For now, I just want to go to bed. The next few days are going to be long ones, but I'll make it through.
Wow, hell of a session. That is fantastic work.

I have a very limited experience in the shirt. The shirts I've worn are always hand me downs, and they have all been too big, lol. I have been fortunate enough to train with some very skilled shirted benchers. Is there anyone near you that you can train with?
