Hard to say after the first week fen but so far I'm digging the extra work above the 80% range. I've had to dial back the tier 2 weights to a more humbling 70% instead of starting at 80% but this just goes to show that my form on all three lifts has room for improvement. I really like the flexibility in accessory work too
