As LtL said, once a week only...with weighing midweek, it's easy to see gains/losses that are not there at the weekly weigh-in. So, weigh yourself only once a week, on the same day of the week and at the same time.
Even by doing that this time last week I weighed 1.3lbs more & I'm 400 cals up than last week
I did read somewhere that after a long cut its not unusual for you to continue losing weight even after bumping the calories up
