I've been cutting for around 14 weeks & done what I wanted to do so now I've decide i'm going to lean bulk. So at the start of the week I upped my cals by 200, 2 days later I dropped my weight so I upped it again another 200. 2 days later I drop more weight. So again today I will increase cals by another 200 & I will keep doing this until start to see a slight increase
Why does this happen, is it because my metabolism is now being given more food that its speeding back up
Does this happen to any of you guys?
