BTB- No, It's an IPF meet, so they either use the elieko, Q-bar, or ivanko. I'm used to the stiffer bar so i'll be fine.
Benching felt strong today
415x2,1,1-note setting up and pushing more slowly off floor helps maintain position during lift. Does not seem to be the case when I dip and rip.
Very solid session, high end of an 80%er.
