Reorganized my lifting rotation to start with DL. Lets see if that makes a difference in how I do with it or if it just wears me out before I get to squat.

DB rows 5x3w/100 and 2.5in fat grips

By the way I am in love with Fat Gripz. They have made things alot more interesting
