Shoulder press 80 x 6 x 3 sets
Bench 110 x 6 x 2 sets
Lat flies 26.25 x 6 x 2 each side
Incline bench 100 x 6 x 2
Nice easy workout to help get back into it. Still even with these light weights the juggernaut gave a hell of a pump.
