Felt lazy all day. Training was hard to do and exhausting. Mentally I am just gone. Muscle glycogen is for sure gone. My brain is struggling to use ketones.

Diet today.
Bacon eggs
Chicken Caesar salad
Ham and asparagus
Lots of coconut oil throughout day.
Some olive oil and butter
