I automatically thought of Poundstones article where he talks about his his high rep training set to aid in recovery for his bicep injury.
Added a high rep set to my training for my arms, chest, back, and legs. Now this article has me thinking of the benefits of having an am/pm training split. One session is to focus on damage the other light recovery work.
