I found it extremely interesting, too. If I have some nagging joint or other issues I won't ice anymore, I just compress/mobilize and suck it up. In fact, I have only iced once since seeing that, and it was because my elbow hurt so my that it actually woke me up. In that case, I popped 5 extra strength tylenol and iced, just so I could sleep lol.
