Hi, I'm Andy and just got back into lifting again last march after a long break (over 10 years). Was very much a bro lifter from the age of 15 into my early 20's but I'm really taking notice on having a decent diet and a solid workout program (have been doing one of Steve Shaw's fullbody routines since december).
I'm aiming to pack on some muscle and get a nice level of strength back after cutting down for most of the last year (10 years of beer and pizza adds up lol).
